I started writing ‘When This is Over’ in April, 2020, as the reality of the pandemic began to over-shadow our lives. More than a year after we’re still waiting for an ending to this chapter of our collective story. My hope is that we come out on the other end of this with perspective and resolve to step toward each other and risk our comfort enough to connect, empathize, work and rebuild together.
